Therian

A therian, also known as a therianthrope, animal person, or wereanimal is someone who has a spiritual or psychological bond with a normal, everyday animal such as a wolf or horse. Therians may also experience their therianthropy as being an animal in a human body, and may experience species dysphoria.[1]
Some "fantasy" Otherkin such as dragons identify as therians. Therians experience mental or spiritual shifts in perception and behavior.
